American Collegians on the 2019 Tour

Student-athletes continue to burst on to the professional stage thanks to their college experience.

Playing college tennis has benefitted numerous Americans in their pursuit of playing on the professional tour. Entering 2019, there were five former collegiate men ranked in the ATP Top 100 and seven in the ATP Top 200. Meanwhile, there were seven former collegiate women ranked in the WTA Top 200.

 

Current collegiate players are making their charge up the rankings as well. View a full list of American collegians ranked in the top 400 early in the 2019 season:
