Another busy weekend of junior tennis will fill up the Har-Tru and Nemours Family Zone courts of the USTA National Campus this weekend, as the USTA Florida Orlando Clay Championships Level 7 and Orange Level 1 gets underway Saturday morning. First matches are set for 8:30 a.m. with play continuing through the afternoon.

Showcasing play in all age divisions, this intermediate-level event will give juniors who already have experience with tournament play the opportunity to earn ranking points.

Boys and girls competing in the Orange Level 1 will play all of their matches at the Nemours Family Zone. Highlighted by a round robin schedule, competition in these two divisions will wrap up on Saturday.

The remaining divisions (boys’ and girls’ 12s-18s) feature a first-match consolation draw, guaranteeing that every player contests at least two matches.

Top seeds on the boys’ side include Nicholas Olomu (18s), Arthur Radulescu (16s), Edmund Bennett (14s) and Jae Centonze. Girls’ No. 1 seeds are Grace Crawford (18s), Jessica Marant (16s), Brenda Yoris (14s) and Madison Molock (12s).
