
Adult Tennis
Our Adult Programs offer something for all levels of play and experience. Just starting out? Try our Tennis 101 program! Played before? Tune up your game with our singles and doubles-specific training sessions. You’ll practice the best-shot selection and patterns of play in a game-based format. Our programs aim to give you a great workout too! Look for our Cardio Tennis and Live-Ball programs for non-stop action.
Generally, our adult programs will be offered on our Har-Tru (clay) courts. Occasionally an event conflict will move a program to the state of the art, Plexicushion courts.
Drop-in Programs & Match Play: To meet your busy schedule most classes are offered as a daily drop-in reservation – or save by signing up for the entire session. Please note: drop-ins are accommodated if space is available in the class and are encouraged to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.
Weekly Social Play Opportunities: Come out and meet other players, play social tennis and have some fun! One of our pros will help connect you and periodically mix up the pairings for the duration of the event.

Red Ball Community Drop-In
- Ages: 18+
- Red Ball Tennis is a FUN adult social experience designed to get new players on a court and have them playing the game in 10 minutes! Played on our renovated Nemours Family Zone courts with modified equipment (provided) and organized by National Campus teaching pros, Red Ball Tennis requires no experience and guarantees to have you playing tennis within minutes!
Tennis 101
- Level: New tennis player, no experience
- Learn the game or brush up your skills if it has been a while since you last played. Daytime and evening classes are available. Sign up by the session or drop-in for individual sessions.

Tennis 102
- Level: Recreational, no match experience
- A continuation of Tennis 101 for those players who can serve, rally and score. This hour will focus on the basics of court positioning, shot placement and doubles strategies. Daytime and evening classes available. Sign up by the session or reserve a drop in for individual sessions.
Cardio Move
- Level: NTRP 2.5-4.0
- Enjoy a heart-pumping workout and hit balls continuously. Improve your fitness and your tennis simultaneously. Daytime and evening classes are available. Sign up by the session or reserve a drop-in for individual classes.

Cardio Fit
- Level: NTRP 2.5-4.0
- A group fitness experience using tennis (touches on the ball) to drive aerobic and anaerobic benefits. This is a structured, games-based, "High Intensity Tennis Training" experience which includes the following: group heart rate training, a progressional sport-specific warm-up, high energy fitness music, cardio blasts, cardio balls, and the agility ladder. The focus is on the workout, specifically training the proper heart rate zones. All ability and fitness levels are welcome.

Novice Cardio
- Level: NTRP 2.0-2.5
- Designed for new or returning adult players, enjoy a heart-pumping workout, and hit balls continuously. Improve your fitness and your tennis simultaneously. Daytime and evening classes are available.
Advanced Drill Session (4.5+ Advanced Players)
- Level: NTRP 4.5+ required
- An hour of intense drilling with other advanced players. Sign up by the session or drop-in for individual classes.

Doubles Live Ball (3.5+)
- Level: NTRP 3.5+
- A fast-paced and energetic hour of pro led doubles style point play. The serve, return and “down time” in between points have been removed to amp up the energy and fun! Come join us for live-ball play and continual focus on moving from defense to offense. Sign up by the session or reserve a drop in for individual classes.

Innovation Clinics
- Level: NTRP 3.0+
- Pro led activities that highlight and explore a stroke from a tactical or technical perspective. Pro led exercises will be structured so that material and activities can be useful for all levels. Ball machines, and other tennis technologies will be used. Sign up by the session or reserve a drop in for individual sessions
Singles Training (2.5-4.0+)
- Combine strokes and tactics in these lively game-based sessions. Practice singles situations with active play. Professional/Coach will feed balls and review technique and shot selection. Sign up by the session or drop-in for individual classes.
Doubles Training (2.5-4.0+)
- Combine strokes and tactics in these lively game-based sessions. Practice doubles situations with active play. Professional/Coach will feed balls and review technique and shot selection. Sign up by the session or drop-in for individual classes.
Serve & Return
- Level 2.5-4.0
- Work on your serve and return mechanics, technique and strategy. 30 minutes of serves, 30 minutes of returns with a ball machine, and 30 minutes of serve/return game based activities.
