Fluid Loss and Body Weight
Do you know how much fluid you need to drink to replace 1 pound of weight lost?
20-24 ounces of water per lb. of body weight
1 bottle water (16 ounces) + 1/2 bottle water (8 ounces) = Replenish Fluid Loss
- Weigh yourself before and after practice
- To prevent dehydration, drink 4 to 6 ounces of water every 20 minutes during exercise.
