College MatchDay returns in a big way with the annual rivalry between Florida State and Florida, as the men and women from both programs will be in action at the USTA National Campus. Before making your way to Lake Nona, read up on everything you need to know for the match.

· Florida vs. Florida State – men and women

· The schools met in last week’s ITA Kickoff Weekend, with the Gator men defeating the Seminoles in Gainesville, while the Gator women topped the Seminoles in Tallahassee.
· Both women’s teams have mid-week matches before College MatchDay.

Tickets
· All complimentary tickets for Feb. 5 have been acquired. There may be a VERY limited number of tickets available at the Collegiate Center before the match. If there are tickets on site, they will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis once the event begins.
· This is a mobile ticket event. To enter, ticket holders will need to log in to their Ticketmaster account either through their phone’s mobile browser or the Ticketmaster app.
· Fans with tickets are encouraged to arrive early, as seats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Standing-room viewing will be available once the seats are full.
· For those who leave the stands, they should have their ticket on them for re-entry.

Parking
· Parking is free and is first-come, first-serve in the main Welcome Center parking lot.
· Overflow parking is located in the USPTA and USTA Florida lots next door.
· Tailgating is not permitted in the parking lots.
RV Parking
· Fans with RVs are directed to park in the back row of the main parking lot.
Bus Parking
· Bus lane is located near the front of the main parking lot.
Food & Beverages
· The south Collegiate Center concession stand will be open for purchases, and there will be drink carts in the stands as well.
· Net Post Grill in the Welcome Center will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
· As the USTA National Campus celebrates its fifth anniversary, the Net Post Grill will be offering $5 specials which include: “Swamp Sliders” (BBQ pulled pork with picked red onions) and “Seminole Sliders” (Italian beef with roasted peppers).
Prematch Festivities
· Starting at 4 p.m., fans can enjoy tailgating games, a DJ and much more, all for free.
· A free, interactive College MatchDay kids’ clinic, powered by Net Generation, will begin at 4 p.m.
· Participants in the kids’ clinic do not need to register, and will be able to snag some free Net Generation swag upon checking in at Collegiate Court 7.
· There also will be giveaways throughout the night, and the first 100 fans to stop by the Fan Experience table can pick up a free College MatchDay-branded cooling towel, perfect for any tennis player who needs a towel but doesn’t have a lot of room in their bag.
· Food and refreshments (including adult beverages) will be available for purchase.

Live Scoring
Match Format
· Doubles will open the matches. The first team to win two of the three doubles matches earns one overall team point. Matches are one six-game set.
· Following doubles, six singles matches take place (best of three sets). Each match is worth one team point.
· The first school to secure four team points wins the match.
· In men’s college tennis, if a serve hits the net and lands in, it is considered in play. No-Ad scoring is used in the college game.
Courts
· The national anthem and team introductions will take place on Collegiate Center Court 3 (side facing the parking lot).
· Women’s doubles will be played on Courts 2, 3 and 4, while women’s singles matches will take place on Courts 1-6.
· Men’s doubles will be played on Courts 7, 8 and 9, while men’s singles matches will take place on Courts 7-12.
Previous Meetings in Lake Nona
· The previous meetings between FSU and UF at the USTA National Campus resulted in some of the highest-attended regular season college tennis matches in the country as more than 1,500 fans attended each edition, although inclement weather had an impact on the crowd in 2020.
· On the men’s side, the Seminoles defeated the Gators in both the 2017 and 2018 meetings at the Campus, but Florida has stormed back to win in 2019 and 2020.
· Florida State topped Florida in the only previous women’s meeting at the Campus, in 2018.
