David Wagner Wins 11th NEC Masters Title

David Wagner captured his 11th career NEC Wheelchair Masters Quad title this week by defeating Niels Vink 6-3, 6-4 in the final at the USTA National Campus. 

Wagner didn't drop a match in the round robin portion of the competition before defeating Andy Lapthorne in the semifinals.

Wagner lead the American contingent, which also included doubles partner Nick Taylor, as well as Conner Stroud, Chris Herman and Dana Mathewson.

Mathewson finished in third place in the women's doubles division with partner Marjoline Buis of the Netherlands.
