Tennis 101
Learn the game or brush up your skills if it has been a while since you last played. Level: New tennis player, no experience.
Tennis 102
A continuation of Tennis 101 for those players who can serve, rally, and score. This hour will focus on the basics of court positioning, shot placement, and doubles strategies. Level: Recreational, no match experience.
Singles Training
Combine strokes and tactics in these lively game-based sessions. Practice singles situations with active play. Professional/Coach will feed balls and review technique and shot selection. Level: NTRP 2.5-4.0+
Doubles Training

Serve & Return
Work on your serve and return mechanics, technique, and strategy. 30 minutes of serves, 30 minutes of returns with a ball machine, and 30 minutes of serve/return game-based activities. Level: NTRP 2.5-4.0
Innovation Clinic
Pro-led activities that highlight and explore a stroke from a tactical or technical perspective. Pro-led exercises will be structured so that material and activities can be useful for all levels. Ball machines and other tennis technologies will be used. Level: NTRP 3.0+
Novice Cardio
Designed for new or returning adult players, enjoy a heart-pumping workout, and hit balls continuously. Improve your fitness and your tennis simultaneously. Level: NTRP 2.0-2.5
Cardio Move

A fast-paced and energetic 90 minutes of pro-led singles style point play. The serve, return, and “downtime” in between points have been removed to amp up the energy and fun! Join us for live-ball play and continual focus on moving from defense to offense. Level: NTRP 3.5+

Red Ball Tennis
Community Drop-In (Free)
Red Ball Tennis is a FUN adult social experience designed to get new players on a court and have them playing the game in 10 minutes! Played on our renovated Nemours Family Zone courts with modified equipment (provided) and organized by National Campus teaching pros, Red Ball Tennis requires no experience and guarantees to have you playing tennis within minutes! Played on a 36-foot court and 23-inch racquets. Ages: 18+

Yes! Our Novice Cardio, Cardio Move, and Live Ball programs offer non-stop movement and are perfect if you want a great workout while improving your game
Most adult programs are held on our Har-Tru (clay) courts. However, due to occasional event conflicts, some sessions may be moved to our state-of-the-art Plexicushion courts.
We offer flexible options! You can make a daily drop-in reservation (space permitting), or save by registering for the full session. Drop-ins are encouraged to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.
It’s a great way to enjoy casual match play and grow your game by competing. One of our pros will help coordinate and rotate pairings throughout the session to keep things fresh and fun.
